When Donna Saurage married into the family behind Community Coffee, she never expected to one day become the sole manager of the company’s holding business. Today, she stands at the helm of a fifth-generation Louisiana legacy rooted in family, resilience, and heart.
As part of the St. James Place Expert Speaker Series, Donna will share her nontraditional journey to family business leadership, how she’s helping nurture the next generation, and the values that have kept Community Coffee percolating for over 100 years. Guests will also learn how the brand lives out its motto, “The Coffee with Heart,” through support of schools and military service members, investment in coffee farms around the world, and disaster relief efforts close to home.
