Our mission is to offer a joy-filled lifestyle centered on your aspirations, choices, and individuality while providing the peace of mind that comes with a plan for the future.
St. James Place is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community (formally known as a Continuing Care Community, or CCRC) sponsored by the Episcopal Church and founded in 1983. Our gated 52-acre campus is for those 62 years and better who live independently and want even more out of life. Our residents know they can access high-quality healthcare and support services, if and when they are needed.
Our campus is recognized for excellence and innovation, including superb amenities, abundant outdoor spaces, beautiful homes, and convenient services that make every day more fulfilling. Plus, our Life Care Plan gives our residents greater freedom to live each day confidently.

Meet the TeamThe Foundation – Another Level of Security
The Foundation is a not-for-profit 501c organization founded to support St. James Place and further its mission. Its initial focus was to provide every Life Care resident with the peace of mind that they could live here for the rest of their lives, even if they could no longer afford it. Over the years, the Foundation has expanded its focus to include many projects on and off the campus.
