Andy Gaudiano Serves as the Director of Dining Services at St. James Place. Andy is originally from New Orleans, LA and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LSU in 1991. Andy’s career in food service management spans over 32 years. Andy has held dining service senior leadership positions at Loyola, LSU, Emory, Georgia Tech and Whole Foods. He enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and their two boys, Michael (19) and John Van (13). Andy’s goals at St. James Place are to assist with business growth by improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of St. James Place Dining Services.
