Becky Woodling joined the St. James Place team in 2019, initially as the Director of Caring Companions. She has over 15 years of experience as an LPN and 5 years of experience in In-Home Care. She also has experience in Home Health, Hospice, Hospital, and Rehab/LTC, all of which has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to contribute to our success.
After having successfully led our Caring Companions division for 3 years, she accepted the position as Director of Resident Services. In this role, Becky is responsible for leading a team of professionals, who are charged with supporting, educating, and meeting the needs of our Independent Living residents and their families. Services her team provides includes education, wellness services, clinical monitoring and support, and pastoral care.
Becky believes our residents deserve to be safe, independent, and able to Live Life Well, and is committed to ensuring they enjoy it every day.
