Melissa Myers joined St. James Place in 2023 and serves as Director of Human Resources. She has over 30 years of experience in human resources in various industries, including long term care. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment, benefits, compensation, team member relations, training and organizational development, and compliance at St. James Place.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Management and has earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
