Mike Champagne is proud to serve as the Executive Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care at St. James Place. With over 15 years of experience in senior healthcare, Mike brings extensive leadership knowledge and a deep passion for enhancing the lives of older adults. He was drawn to St. James Place by its outstanding 40+ year reputation and the evident dedication of its long-serving team.
Mike’s career includes roles as Sales & Marketing Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Operations Director, and Executive Director. His leadership is grounded in trust, open communication, and thoughtful decision-making. He is guided by values of respect, kindness, integrity, and stewardship.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with his two daughters — Taylor, an LSU student, and Cameron, a high school sophomore. He also loves live music, walking and training with his dog, personal development, and cheering on LSU sports.
